Challenges today. Crafting a Fantasy Hit and then working in flashbacks for the story. Can't overdo either one, yet both are necessary to the plot. It's a long trip, many miles to go. Many years ago, now coming home, and will that trigger a memory?

You read that right. Not Green Mile. It's Green Mill. So I had a little dinner tonight of pasta, but it's not the same. I was really hankering for some Chicago Deep Dish. Good God, there is no finer pizza around.
Around here in Fort Myers FL, there are many pizza joints. They specialize, however, in New York-style pizza. Thin crust or thinly hand tossed crust. The sort of pizza, so thin you could stack on itself a dozen high and stills clear the bed if slid it underneath. A new one opened late last month in the Downtown area. It's called Capone's, so I was so very hopeful. You know, the Chicago/Italian connection suggested everything that I dreamed of in pizza. Alas, the menu is hand tossed/coal fire oven. I will report later if it has that NYC taste and texture. But I miss the crust, crisp yet not tough, with the next layer being the cheese and the wonderful tomato sauce on top, and for me Pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and onions. If I couldn't make it to Green Mill, than I would head over to Davanni's (below) with the delightful personal pan pizzas. Now, what to do about my craving for LeeAnn Chin's Oyster Wings? Went on a virtual studio tour this morning. Wasn't that a cute little insight of somebody's studio and their creative process? It reminds me to clean up my spare bedroom. Later. After the creative part of the morning. Okay, now I get how her studio looks.
What is really amazing about it is I started the day searching through videos of football games for something else... Such is the adventure of YouTube on your research.
